DELUXE ALBUM OUT NOW

hello friends of the Zebos:

our ultra supreme deluxe album “actually kind of a lot of style” is out now!

a little background for you:

when we recorded our first album, Strictly Platonic, we went into a big fancy studio because we thought that is simply what you do to record an Album. despite not really knowing what we were doing, people seemed to like it!

shortly after, the pandemic hit and we were suddenly spending many hours becoming Bedroom Producers (or in our case, Basement Producers)

what has resulted is actually kind of a lot of songs. and while some of them were obvious choices for future albums, many of them didn’t really have a home. which was kind of the whole thesis behind “no style” … what is our style and where do we fit in??

the nature of streaming means a lot of these songs get lost in the ether, so we wanted to put them all in on place. the result is a deluxe 50-track album. that’s 137 minutes of Zebos. that’s a feature length film. that’s an oscar bait film. will this album win any awards? unlikely. but hopefully you can find at least ONE song you like out of 50…….

now is the time to formally close the book on the “no style” era and move onto the next. which may be sooner than you think.
